Debbie Bolton is an authentic communicator, respected leader, and award-winning entrepreneur, recently recognized as one of the top 25 entrepreneurs in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. As a co-founder of Norwex, she brought the company from Norway to North America in 1998 and has nearly 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. In 2008, she received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Business to Consumer Division in the Canadian Prairie Region.
Debbie’s passion lies in empowering women and helping them discover their God-given dreams. As a dream cheerleader, she blends marketplace influence with kingdom principles, sharing heartfelt insights and encouraging others to pursue their unique callings. Her journey includes two decades in pastoral ministry, deepening her understanding of the transformative role of the church.
Debbie travels internationally, sharing her message of hope and empowerment with audiences worldwide. She and her husband, Mike, have been married for 41 years and are proud parents of three sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. They split their time between Alberta and Texas.
Eden Fontaine-Shimoda
Associate Pastor, Springs Church
Eden Fontaine-Shimoda is deeply grateful for the legacy of faith that has shaped her life. Raised in a home dedicated to passionately following Jesus and building His church, she is now a third-generation pastor and worship leader. Growing up in this environment, her faith has influenced every area of her life. As a wife and mother of three, Eden is passionate about helping others grow in their journey with Christ. Her teaching of God’s Word is heartfelt, inspiring, and powerful—speaking directly to the heart of what truly matters. Just as God has given everything for you, Eden believes that when you go all in for Him, true life begins.
